Scanning Photos:

If you don't have a digital camera you can get your film developed in digital format by most camera stores on to CD, you can then upload the images to be included in your advertisement.

These days most scanners are color. Different scanners have different resolutions and settings, but most will allow you to set various features, such as increasing or decreasing the size of the image, cropping portions, increasing or decreasing brightness and/or contrast, and making color adjustments.With the right settings and adjustments you can really optimize a scanned photo and make it very presentable for viewing on the internet.

We are able to scan your photos and resize them before placing in your advertisement, just create your Ad as normal and send your photos to us by mail with a small label description on each photo. We charge a set fee of $30 dollars which will include scanning and optimizing up to 10 photos.

Floor Plans:

You may also want to include a floor plan of your property. If you have one available post mail it to us and we will scan it and include it in your advertisement listing for an additional $5.00. If you would like us to create a plan it would be a minimal cost. Cost will vary depending on the amount of work involved, Just mail or email us a rough draft of what the plan should look like and we will quote you.
