please check to ensure you are listed under Find
an Agent. If not select this option to include your
details for FREE. If you have placed properties online
with us they be will automatically linked to your Agency.

us we can include create a search page on your website
to show just your properties. We can also customize the
page to blend in with the rest of your Site.

You will need to
determine whether or not you require your own database with your
website or use ours. We have listed some advantages and disadvantages

You will need to ensure that regular backup of the database and images are
performed. Any future modification to the site may be costly.

WEBSITES USING OUR DATABASE
Advantages
CHEAP SETUP – approx $500-$800
All properties you have on your site will
also be included on our real estate network with links back to
your website. Just $55 per month – allows 100 properties at any
time. New features will be added at no extra charge.
On most occasions new feature requested by you will also be found useful for
our other customers and therefore be implemented without any associated costs.
Save money on advertising, as we will be paying for marketing our website network.
We will maintain the database and ensure all images are backed up on a daily
basis. Any problems with the site will be our responsibility.
We will customize the colors, style and
theme to match your existing website. Visitors to your website
that use the search page to locate properties will assume they
are on your local database. You will have the ability to Edit and
Add new Ads via our website at the very low costs, without having
the need to maintain a complex database.
All the features of a quality website, without the hassle and expenses, what

Disadvantages
Some features and functions that you require may not be
implemented if they are not going to be of benefit to all our customers.
